Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 10, 2026

The short version: Diagrapho collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no Diagrapho servers. Your documents are files on your Mac. The only network requests the app makes are ones you explicitly configure, using your own credentials.

Your documents

Diagrams are stored as ordinary .diagrapho files in locations you choose on your Mac. They are never uploaded to us — we have no servers to upload them to. The app runs in the macOS App Sandbox and can only access files you open or save.

Data collection & tracking

Diagrapho contains no analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking of any kind. The app’s Apple privacy manifest declares no data collection and no tracking, and that matches what the app actually does. Preferences (theme, grid defaults, and similar) are stored locally on your Mac using standard macOS user defaults.

Optional AI features

Diagrapho’s AI agent is off until you configure it. If you choose to use it, you supply your own API key for the provider you select (Anthropic or OpenAI). When you run the agent:

Optional integrations

If you connect an integration (GitHub, Jira, Linear, or Notion), the access token you provide is used only to make requests directly from your Mac to that service, under that service’s own terms. Tokens are never sent anywhere else.

Purchases

Diagrapho is sold through the Mac App Store. Purchases, payment details, and receipts are handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We receive no personal information about you when you buy the app.

Children

Diagrapho does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s privacy behavior ever changes, this page will be updated and the effective date revised before the change ships.
